TUFFBLOCKS AAC is a superior alternative to red clay bricks manufactured using fly ash mixed with cement, lime, water and an aeration agent placed in an autoclave chamber to give the product its high strength and unique properties. The resultant building material, comprising millions of tiny air pores, is set and cut into blocks of varying sizes. Relatively low consumption of readily available raw materials, use of fly ash, excellent durability, energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and ability to be recycled enables TUFFBLOCKS AAC to significantly contribute to a greener environment and qualify as a green building material.
